Abstracts submissions have now closed and authors have been notified of the outcome via email.
For abstracts accepted for poster display at IPEM 26, at least one listed author must be registered to attend the conference in order for the poster to be shown.

Facilities
An unstaffed breakout room for time out from the conference/taking calls/space for children accompanying delegates will be available at the venue. Children must be supervised at all times and their care and supervision remains the responsibility of their caregiver.
A separate prayer room will also be available at the venue.
Please ask at the registration desk on-site for confirmation of the locations of these rooms.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your place at IPEM 26 a full refund will be given for requests received before 17.00 on Tuesday 24 February 2026. For cancellation requests received after that time, a refund of 50% of fees paid will be processed.
