Keynote Speakers

Elizabeth Molyneux

Elizabeth Molyneux

OBE

Prof Elizabeth Molyneux is emeritus professor of paediatrics at the Kamuzu University of Health Sciences in Blantyre, Malawi. She lived and worked in Malawi for over 33 years. She is a co-founder of APLS (Advanced Paediatric Life Support) course and ETAT (Emergency Triage Assessment and Treatment) for WHO. In Blantyre she developed the emergency unit, started palliative care for children, the KMC unit and oncology services. More recently she is one of the NEST360 team trying to reduce preventable neonatal mortality in 5 African countries. Her research interests are wide and include neonatal care, infectious diseases, ‘tropical’ oncology, emergency care, health care delivery and health care systems. She has published over 300 papers in peer reviewed journals and has received several honours including an OBE, FRCPCH hons and DSc h.c.

She firmly believes that quality care depends on a foundation of doing simple, basic things well.

Lisa Moreno

Lisa Moreno

Prof Lisa Moreno is Professor of Emergency Medicine, Director of Research and Director of Diversity for the Section of Emergency Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans. She serves as Director of the Latino Health Scholars Program for the School of Medicine. Dr Moreno is the first woman President of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM). During her service on the AAEM Board of Directors, she has focused on the development of women and underrepresented minorities in leadership positions. She holds degrees in Medicine and Clinical Research and is a National Institutes of Health Research Scholar. She founded the Academy for Diversity and Inclusion in Emergency Medicine (ADIEM) in the Society of Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM). Her multiple awards include the SAEM Martin Leadership Award, Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Professionalism Award, Council of Residency Directors in Emergency Medicine Distinguished Educator Award, the ADIEM Outstanding Academician Award, Association of American Medical Colleges Healthcare Executive Diversity & Inclusion Certificate, and the Order of the International Federation of Emergency Medicine. The recipient of many research grants, Dr Moreno has over 250 research presentations, over 350 invited lectures, 120 publications, 10 book chapters, and two authored textbooks “Diversity and Inclusion in Quality Patient Care”, and “Your Story, Our Story: A Case Compendium”. Her research interests include diversity and healthcare disparities, violence prevention and treatment and infectious diseases. She has mentored over 100 pre-med college students in completing basic research projects as a mentor in the LSU School of Medicine Dean’s Summer Research Program. She has mentored over 400 students, residents, and junior faculty around the world towards successful careers in research and medicine. As a global health consultant and educator, she has served in over 25 countries, focusing on the development of research and elimination of healthcare disparities for women, underrepresented minorities, and the under-resourced.

Amanda Stock

Amanda Stock

Dr Amanda Stock has been a paediatric emergency physician at RCH for 18 years and has never left a shift without being amazed by something she has seen, learnt or heard from a patients or colleague.
 
Amanda is passionate about using children’s innate curiosity (and love of farts and poo) to make their visit at a stressful time as comfortable as possible. Parents are often amazed by what their children are capable of – it’s a treat to show them!
Bianca van Bavel

Bianca van Bavel

Dr Bianca van Bavel is an Assistant Professor in Climate Change and Health in the School of Public Health at University College Dublin. Her research centres on climate actions that protect health and improve resilience to the impacts of climate change. Bianca’s work is motivated by the synthesis and communication of evidence for decision-making. She has worked closely with the Adaptation and Resilience Working Group of the HSE Climate Action Strategy, the UK Health Security Agency, and UK Met Office to produce and communicate evidence for climate action. She was a contributing author to the 6th Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), her research has been presented at the UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP) and used as evidence in the Fourth UK Climate Change Risk Assessment (CCRA4). 

Callum Swift

Callum Swift

Dr Callum Swift is an emergency medicine and intensive care doctor with a special interest in developing sustainable and resilient emergency care systems, both in Ireland and internationally. He is sustainability lead for the Irish Association of Emergency Medicine, secretary of the Joint Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine of Ireland sustainability working group, and committee on the European Society of Emergency Medicine Sustainability, Climate Advocacy and Preparedness Network. 

Carol Blackburn

Carol Blackburn

Dr Carol Blackburn is a consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine at CHI Crumlin since 2012. She is a proud graduate of UCC, trained in paediatrics in Ireland with a clinical fellowship in PEM at Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.

She is a fellow of the faculty of Paediatrics, RCPI and a national specialty director for higher specialist training in paediatrics. She has been the PEM representative to the Emergency Medicine Programme working group since 2015. Current EMP projects include an evaluation of unscheduled care for children nationally. Interests include PEM guidelines, sedation, and is an APLS course director.

Caroline Fox

Caroline Fox

Dr Caroline Fox is a consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine in Children’s Health Ireland at Temple Street. Dr Fox graduated from UCD in 2012. She completed fellowships in Paediatric Emergency Medicine at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney before moving back to Dublin in 2023.

Dr Fox has a special interest in medical education, simulation and paediatric trauma. She is passionate about global health and is an educator with “Taking Paediatrics abroad”. In this role she has travelled to Vietnam National Children’s Hospital and is part of a trauma mentor group with physicians at Angkor Hospital for Children in Cambodia.

Catherine Bell

Catherine Bell

Dr Catherine Bell is an Emergency Medicine Consultant for the South Eastern H&SC Trust working in the Ulster Hospital Dundonald in Belfast. And a HEMS Doctor with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, Air Ambulance Northern Ireland Charity Partnership. Working on Helimed 23 and the Delta 7 HEMS Rapid Response Vehicle based at the Eikon Centre outside Lisburn.

Catherine graduated from Queens University Belfast and completed her Emergency Medicine training in Northern Ireland. She has an interest in Pre Hospital Emergency Medicine and has previously worked as a remote area Medical Officer and fixed wing retrieval Doctor in Port Hedland Western Australia for the Royal Flying Doctors Service Western Operations before returning home to Ireland. Outside work Catherine enjoys getting outside in the fresh air and the mountains.

Conor Deasy

Prof Conor Deasy is the President of the Irish Association for Emergency Medicine; Professor of Emergency Medicine, University College Cork; and Clinical Director, Emergency and Acute Care working at Cork University Hospital (CUH).

He also holds the following roles:

Dani Hall (she/her)

Dani Hall (she/her)

Dr Dani Hall is a Paediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) consultant and Director of Simulation at Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) in Dublin. She’s also an Executive Director of Don’t Forget The Bubbles (DFTB), Senior Lecturer in the joint DFTB and Queen Mary University of London PEM MSc; and clinical lead for the three time award-winning Rainbow Badge initiative at CHI, improving access to health for LGBTQ+ young people.

Darren Gallagher

Darren Gallagher

Mr Darren Gallagher is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child and Adolescent mental health at Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) Temple Street. Darren is a Registered Children’s Nurse  and Registered Mental Health Nurse with a background in children’s emergency nursing and acute mental health services.

A certified Safety Intervention Instructor with a particular interest in child/adolescent wellbeing and the interface between physical and mental health the focus of Darren’s clinical research to date has been improving physical health screening/monitoring and enhancing coping skills within a mental health population. Darren is a Decider skills enthusiast committed to making every contact count!

David Irwin

Mr Dave Irwin is an Advanced Paramedic with the National Ambulance Service in Dublin and is currently the National Paramedicine Lead for Resuscitation & Cardiology.

Dave has had a special interest in Cardiology, Resuscitation and Trauma and enjoys combining these passions wherever possible in education and high fidelity simulations.

Having worked in partnership with the Air Corps and NAS Helicopter Emergency Medical Service as part of the air ambulance “Aircorps112” during the COVID19 Pandemic, Dave developed a new interest in Crew Resource Management and Human Factors and how these lessons apply to the world of healthcare. He is delighted to share his perspective with everyone at this year’s IPEM Conference!

Deirdre O'Donnell

Deirdre O'Donnell

Dr Deirdre O’Donnell is a Paediatric Emergency Medicine consultant in the Emergency Care Unit of Children’s Health Ireland @Tallaght; Adjunct Assistant Professor, Centre for Global Health, Trinity College Dublin; and lecturer in Humanitarian Medicine (UCHGalway). She has a special interest in Medical Education, International Medicine and Dermatology.

Dr O’Donnell has previously worked in the UK, Australia, Iraq, Sierra Leone, South Africa and Afghanistan. But we always come home in the end!

Emma Fauteux

Emma Fauteux

Dr Emma Fauteux is a French-Canadian paediatrician and paediatric emergency medicine consultant. After obtaining her specialist qualifications in Canada in 2015, she moved to Melbourne for further training in paediatric emergency medicine and paediatric pain management at the Royal Children’s Hospital. Her research has focused on sedation and analgesia in paediatric trauma. Emma is currently paediatric emergency medicine clinical lead at Cork University Hospital.

Dr Emma-May Curran is an SpR in Emergency Medicine in Dublin.  She has interests in Simulation Based Medical Education and Trauma and had completed a diploma in simulation education and is currently completing a Masters in Trauma Medicine.

Francesca Cleugh

Francesca Cleugh

Dr Francesca Cleugh joined Children’s Health Ireland as a Paediatric Emergency Medicine consultant in 2025, bringing experience spanning a diverse portfolio of clinical, operational management and strategic change and leadership developed during her career prior to this in the NHS in London.

She has worked at local, regional and national level, being proactive in responding to shifting pressures on paediatric urgent and emergency care systems, has co-authored national standards and informed policy. She established an innovative acute hospital at home service for children and continues to lead work building the evidence for this model of care through her role on the UK Hospital at Home Society Committee and in collaboration with other teams internationally.

Francesca has led culture change programmes seeking to embed improvement and innovation as the way of achieving strategic priorities, focusing on the language used and its impact on effecting change. She has a wealth of experience in design and delivery of programmes spanning her diverse portfolio, working at all levels across the healthcare ecosystem from community groups and undergraduate to masters and executive level.

Irwin Gill

Dr Irwin Gill is a paediatrician working in rehabilitation, based at CHI at Temple Street and at the National Rehabilitation Hospital.

Irwin’s areas of interest include movement disorders, sleep after brain injury, the use of patient-centred outcome measures, and access to rehabilitation services for children in Ireland.  

Jason van der Velde

Jason van der Velde

Dr Jason van der Velde, BAA, MBChB, MSc (DM), MCEM, FFTACC, is Clinical Lead for MEDICO Cork at Cork University Hospital. As a Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine and Critical Care Retrieval Physician, he serves voluntarily as the Medical Director of West Cork Rapid Response. Committed to medical training, he coordinates 4th-Year Emergency Medicine and Defence & Security Medicine clinical placements at University College Cork. He also brings extensive systemic experience to his clinical work, having recently completed an eight-year term as Vice Chair of Ireland’s paramedicine regulator, the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC).

Jennifer Jones

Jennifer Jones

Dr Jennifer Jones is a Paediatric Emergency Medicine Consultant working in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Having graduated from NUI Galway, Jennifer completed her training in General Paediatrics in Ireland following which she completed a PEM fellowship in Queensland Children’s Hospital, Brisbane. She worked as a locum PEM consultant in Southampton and Children’s Health Ireland before taking up her role in OLOLD in 2025.

Jennifer is a fellow of the Faculty of Paediatrics in RCPI and has completed a MSc in Simulation and Patient Safety with NUI Galway. Jennifer is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making numbers work for us rather than against us!

John Coveney

John Coveney

Dr John Coveney is currently working as a Temporary Consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine in Children’s Health Ireland @ Crumlin. He has a research interest in learning from child death to prevent future deaths and was an Advisory Working Group member for England’s National Child Mortality Databases recent report on Child Death due to Asthma and Anaphylaxis which was published in December 2024.

Julie-Ann Maney

Dr Julie-Ann Maney is a Consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine and is clinical lead for the Emergency Department of the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. Julie-Ann is a forensic medical examiner for the Police Service of Northern Ireland. Julie-Ann is a member of the research steering group for PERUKI (Paediatric Emergency Research of the UK and Ireland). Julie-Ann has been an advocate for children and has worked with RCPCH campaigning for children and young people’s health and well-being.

Julie-Ann graduated from the Queen’s University of Belfast and has trained in paediatrics and paediatric emergency medicine in London and Northern Ireland. Julie-Ann has worked closely with the Royal Society of the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and Public health agency of Northern Ireland and in conjunction with them, has launched and supported several child safety campaigns.

Kate O'Malley

Ms Kate O’Malley is a Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner (RANP), with extensive experience working in the Paediatric Emergency Department. She is the first paediatric RANP in Wexford General Hospital, providing care to children and young people presenting with minor injuries and illnesses. She has a special interest in education, simulation, and ensuring delivery of safe and standardised care to children and young people in a regional hospital setting.

Megan Capper

Megan Capper

Ms Megan Capper is a Clinical Nurse Manager currently working in the Emergency Department at CHI Temple Street. She has extensive experience in paediatric emergency medicine and is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and advancing clinical education through simulation. With a special interest in trauma care, she is passionate and dedicated to improving outcomes for children through evidence-based practice, team development, and ongoing professional learning.

Mohammed Hamza

Mohammed Hamza

Dr Mohammed Hamza is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine and Retrieval Medicine at St. Vincent’s University Hospital and NASCCRS respectively. With a career-spanning commitment to clinical excellence and social advocacy, his professional interests include critical care, education, and inclusion health.
He is the founder and editor of the award-winning medical education podcast, TheCase.Report, and is a former President of the Irish Emergency Medicine Trainees’ Association (IEMTA), and has used both these platforms to highlight barriers to equitable care.
Orla Kelly

Orla Kelly

Dr Orla Kelly is a consultant in Emergency Medicine in University Hospital Waterford. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Economics and Business in 2012, and from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2016. She completed her basic and specialist training in Ireland before starting her consultant post in University Hospital Waterford. She is the Green ED lead on the Emergency Medicine Programme, and has overseen the first four Irish sites in their journey to Bronze accreditation with the Royal College of Emergency Medicine’s GreenED programme in 2025. 

Paddy Fitzpatrick

Paddy Fitzpatrick

Dr Paddy Fitzpatrick graduated from University College Dublin in 2004 and after internship embarked on a career in paediatrics. He completed basic and higher specialist training in paediatric medicine with the Royal College of Physicians Ireland and a two and a half year clinical fellowship with the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne. On returning from Australia in 2016, he was appointed as a consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine in CHI at Temple Street and in 2019 he was assigned emergency department lead. Since 2020 Paddy has taken on the role of Clinical Specialty Lead for Paediatric Emergency Medicine in CHI.

Paddy has an interest in medical education and has taught at undergraduate and postgraduate level in medicine, nursing and pre-hospital practice. He is an honorary senior lecturer with the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland. Other interests include simulation education, human factors, healthcare informatics and clinical communication.

Peter Barnett

Peter Barnett

Dr Peter Barnett is a Paediatric Emergency Physician who completed his MBBS in 1983 and FRACP in 1991 before completing PEM training at Boston Children’s Hospital from 1990 to 1993.  Since 1993, Peter has worked as a Consultant in the ED of the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.

Peter holds a Masters of Science in Epidemiology completed at Harvard University 1993 and a Masters of Sport Medicine completed at UNSW in 2004. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports medicine in children in the acute, chronic and rehab aspects.

Peter Tormey

Peter Tormey

Dr Peter Tormey is a consultant in Paediatric Emergency Medicine in Children’s Health Ireland. He took up this role in 2022 after completing a fellowship in major trauma in The Royal London Hospital. He has completed an MSc in Paediatric Emergency Medicine. His areas of special interest are procedural sedation and paediatric trauma.

Rachelle El Helou

Rachelle El Helou

Dr Rachelle El Helou is a dual American Board–certified physician in General Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon and completed residency training in General Pediatrics at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC, followed by fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. She returned to Lebanon in 2022 and joined the Department of Emergency Medicine at AUBMC, where she serves as Program Director of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship, Associate Program Director of the Emergency Medicine residency and Quality Director of the Pediatric Emergency Department. She serves on multiple departmental and institutional committees and has led the successful establishment of the first Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship program in Lebanon. Her professional interests include improving and standardizing the quality of pediatric emergency care in Lebanon and building national capacity in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.

Dr Rasha Sawaya is currently a PEM consultant and Head of Department at Temple st ED, Children’s Health Ireland, Dublin. She is the Founding Chair of the Irish Paediatric Emergency Medicine Association, Adjunct faculty at the American University of Beirut and International PEM fellowship lead at RCPI. After training in the US, Rasha has worked in different countries and settings from the US to Lebanon before moving to Ireland in 2021. Her interests lie in PEM education and operations where she is continuously learning from the different systems she has worked in.

Rupa Kapoor

Rupa Kapoor

Dr Rupa Kapoor is a Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician whose work centers on clinical leadership, curriculum innovation, global health, and physician well-being. She is the creator of a clinical leadership curriculum that has been adopted by over 20 institutions across the U.S. and Canada, empowering physicians to lead with clarity and compassion. In the clinical space, her interests in research focus on innovative ways to provide patient education, improve the beside experience, and global health systems improvement.  Outside the clinical space, she finds joy in traveling, reading, and spending meaningful time with her family. She believes deeply in the power of collaboration, lifelong learning, and the balance that sustains us—both professionally and personally.

Sandy Hopper

Dr Sandy Hopper is a dual qualified Emergency Physician and Emergency Paediatrician, working at the Emergency Department of the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. Having just clocked over 20 years of consultant work at RCH, he has just stepped down as director of paediatric emergency training although he is still passionate about bringing up the next generation of talent in the field. His research interests are eclectic, covering mental health, procedural care, orthopaedics, hospital-in-the-home, observational medicine and consumer information.
Shane Moynihan

Shane Moynihan

TD

Mr Shane Moynihan TD is a Fianna Fáil TD for Dublin Mid-West and party spokesperson on Transport. He is a member of the Oireachtas Committees on Transport, the Good Friday Agreement and the Irish Language. Prior to his election to Dáil Éireann, he served on South Dublin County Council for over five years, representing the Palmerstown-Fonthill LEA. Before entering full-time politics, he was Head of Economic and Labour Market Insights for the EMEA and APAC regions at a large multinational company. He also has experience as a public policy consultant, worked for an employer representative body and lectured in Irish and European politics and public policy. He holds a PhD in Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and is a member of various boards of directors, including those for schools, a charity and a start-up enterprise park. 
Siobhan Neville

Siobhan Neville

Dr Siobhán Neville is dually appointed as a Consultant Paediatrician at University Hospital Limerick and Associate Professor of Paediatrics at University of Limerick School of Medicine. She has a Masters in Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and completed a clinical fellowship in Paediatric Hospital Medicine at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, Canada. She spent six months working in rural Tanzania as part of her postgraduate training in Paediatrics, which she completed through the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. Her clinical and research interests are in Paediatric Inclusion Health and mitigating the impact of the social determinants of health on child health and well-being. She is currently leading the implementation of a pilot Inclusion Health service across the HSE Mid West region.
Stephen Mullen

Stephen Mullen

Dr Stephen Mullen is a PEM consultant in Belfast and the lead for paediatric trauma in Northern Ireland, as well as Deputy Head of the School of Paediatrics. He enjoys teaching, QI and squeezing research into the gaps of an already chaotic schedule.
 
A self‑proclaimed plate‑spinner, Stephen is a father of three, husband to an infinitely more intelligent radiologist, full‑time clinician and wannabe triathlete -carrying a generous dose of imposter syndrome to keep things interesting.
Victoria Meighan

Dr Victoria Meighan is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at Tallaght University Hospital (TUH), TUH National Doctors Training Programme Lead, TUH/Trinity College Dublin Simulation lead, TCD senior lecturer and Director of point of care ultrasound for the Irish Committee for Emergency Medicine Training.

Yvonne Cunningham

Yvonne Cunningham

Ms Yvonne Cunningham is a Monaghan native adopted by Sligo who is currently a CNM3 in the ED in Sligo University Hospital, a general ED treating a varied cohort of patients from neonates to older persons and everything in between.

Yvonne has been qualified as nurse for 22 years with 18 of those spent in the ED.  After completing a diploma in nursing in 2004 and a nursing degree in 2005 Yvonne worked for four years as orthopaedic trauma nurse, completing a post grad in nursing (orthopaedics) in 2008. Realising she had a passion for all things trauma related, Yvonne then moved to be closer to the action in the ED.  Yvonne commenced as CNM2 for admitted patients in the ED in 2020 and commenced her CNM3 role in 2024.

Yvonne has a keen interest in major incidents and trauma and is very passionate about emergency nursing and the impact emergency staff have on the lives of those at their most vulnerable.

Angharad Griffiths

Dr Angharad Griffiths has been a Consultant with CHI in Crumlin since 2022.

She is delighted to be part of the IPEM Committee, believing that it is fundamental that children across Ireland have access to equitable and evidence-based care regardless of location or background and hopes this conference contributes towards that goal. Her interests lie in knowledge translation and NCHD training, though she’s pretty passionate about all things PEM!

Graduating from Cardiff University in 2011 and gaining CSCST in General Paediatrics through Higher Specialist Training in Ireland in 2021, Angharad holds a MSc in PEM [University of Edinburgh] and completed a wonderful PEM Fellowship at Starship Hospital, Auckland.

Outside work, Angharad enjoys sports, fresh air and the occasional dabble in DIY.

Dr Emma Fauteux is a French-Canadian paediatrician and paediatric emergency medicine consultant. After obtaining her specialist qualifications in Canada in 2015, she moved to Melbourne for further training in paediatric emergency medicine and paediatric pain management at the Royal Children’s Hospital. Her research has focused on sedation and analgesia in paediatric trauma. Emma is currently paediatric emergency medicine clinical lead at Cork University Hospital.

Dr Turlough Bolger graduated from UCD in 1997. He undertook Paediatric training and General Practice training in Ireland. He was appointed as a full time Paediatric Emergency Medicine consultant to Tallaght University Hospital in February 2010. He has been Clinical Director in Tallaght and President of the Irish Paediatric Association 2017-2019

Dr Freya Guinness graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2017 and has since spent her time working in Paediatrics in Ireland & London. She is currently a Paediatric SpR who plans to pursue a career in PEM. Freya also has a PgDip in Healthcare Simulation & Patient Safety from NUIG.

In 2016/2017 she was Manager of StreetDoctors Ireland, a charity which provides life-saving first aid to young people most at risk of youth violence. Her special interests include trauma & medical education.

Deirdre O'Donnell

Dr Deirdre O’Donnell is a Paediatric Emergency Medicine consultant in the Emergency Care Unit of Children’s Health Ireland @Tallaght; Adjunct Assistant Professor, Centre for Global Health, Trinity College Dublin; and lecturer in Humanitarian Medicine (UCHGalway). She has a special interest in Medical Education, International Medicine and Dermatology.

Dr O’Donnell has previously worked in the UK, Australia, Iraq, Sierra Leone, South Africa and Afghanistan. But we always come home in the end!

Dr Alan Watts is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at University Hospital Limerick and Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Limerick School of Medicine. Originally from New York, he spent part of his childhood in Montpellier in France and lived in Boston before moving to Ireland in 1999. He completed his Specialist Training in Emergency Medicine in 2016 having worked in departments around the country. His academic and clinical interests include resuscitation, critical care, chest pain, simulation and pre-hospital Emergency Medicine.
